This study offers insight into the effects of cyclic stretch on rADSCs chondrogenesis and offers a key approach for treating cartilage diseases, such as osteoarthritis.

ADSCs cultured at cyclic stretching of 0.5 Hz can differentiate into chondrocyte. But higher stretching frequency resulted in cellular apoptosis. 0.5 Hz 循環拉伸下脂肪幹細胞可以分化成為軟骨細胞, 但較高頻率會導致細胞凋亡.
